Today, while everyone around me celebrates what I have accomplished, this was a dream waiting to happen. But all this has not been an overnight miracle.
I am a serial entrepreneur, an investor, an author, a health junkie, a trained Hindustani classical singer, and a golfer among a ton of other things – but the first thing my friends and family will tell you is that I never forget where I come from, what my values are and what I am aiming to achieve.
Born into a quintessential Bengali family of doctors and engineers, I was expected to follow in their footsteps.
As luck would have it, my fate and I had made a deal to break tradition!
My vision has always been to focus beyond — beyond expectations, beyond comparisons, beyond limits.
While my peers had dreams of being astronauts and doctors, I was thinking bigger. I was going to be professionally excellent.
And it was this insistence on excellence that elevated my diverse endeavors – from being a visionary entrepreneur to investing in some of the most innovative startups in town, from journeying the world to serving my community.
I believe in one adage – Every adversity brings with itself an opportunity.
And in three mantras – A focused attitude, a precise system, and an infinite pursuit of proficiency.
